Are these emoji tools really free?
Yes. Every tool on this page is free to use as often as you like, with no account, no sign-up and no limits. They are made by the maker of Use Emoji, an emoji keyboard for Chrome.
Is what I type sent anywhere?
No. The tools run in your browser. What you type or paste stays on your device and is never uploaded or stored. The emoji keyboard remembers your recent emoji and skin tone in this browser only.
Do they work on a phone?
Yes. They work in any up-to-date browser, on Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows, Mac, Linux and Chromebook. On a phone the emoji keyboard is handy for kaomoji and symbols your keyboard does not have.
Where do the emoji and codes come from?
From Use Emoji itself: the same 1,870 emoji, codes and 2,714 kaomoji and symbols the extension ships. Every :code: these pages show is one the extension really types.
